Uploaded PDFs become page images, a flipbook preview and a downloadable HTML package. Your server-side library is linked to your signed-in account. Books do not automatically receive public sharing links.
Sign-in requests basic profile scopes (openid, profile, email), not Gmail or Drive access. Libraries are separated using an internal identifier derived from the verified account identity. The session stores your display name. The verified email address is stored with your account and used in its storage folder name. Google access tokens are not stored in an application profile.
The sign-in transaction cookie lasts up to 10 minutes and the application session up to 24 hours. Sign out revokes the application session; it does not sign you out of Google or the central identity service. Cookies support sign-in and request protection.
After processing ends, the original uploaded PDF is removed from active storage. Inputs for interrupted jobs are also removed on restart. The book title, page images and processing status remain until you delete the book. The ZIP export is created temporarily for each download. The built-in demo book cannot be deleted. Deletion removes active book files and job records.
The provider manages backups separately. Backup schedules and retention periods have not been finalized. The Delete button does not confirm deletion of backup copies. Backup retention and handling deletions after a restore must be specified in the production notice.
Server-side ownership checks protect book listings, previews and downloads. Google participates as an identity provider: Google Privacy Policy. Additional infrastructure processors, logging and data transfers must be assessed before production release.
You can contact the address above to request information, correction or deletion of your data. The full description of data subject rights and complaint procedures still requires review.
